Webinar and Seminar Privacy Policy

At Secure Income Management, along with our affiliates and vendor partners ("Mastermind Advisor", "Beneficial Legal", "National Association of Family Services"), we prioritize your privacy and are dedicated to protecting the information you share with us. This document outlines how we handle the Personal Information collected through our website, applications, and services (referred to collectively as "Services"). It does not extend to the content processed on behalf of our API customers, which is covered by separate agreements.

 ● Account Information: Your name, contact details, account credentials, payment information, and transaction history.

   ● Social Media Information: Interacting with our social media accounts may result in us collecting your contact details. The social  media platforms may also provide us with aggregated user interaction data.

   ● Technical Information: Browser/device data, IP addresses, usage patterns, and cookies to enhance your experience and improve  our Services.

We use your Personal Information to:

Our Services do not target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age. We will investigate any notification and if appropriate, delete the Personal Information from our systems. If you are 13 or older, but under 18, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use our Services.

Our Service may link to external sites not governed by this Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies independently.
7. Security and Retention
We employ measures to protect your Personal Information but cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain your data as necessary for service provision and compliance with legal obligations.

Your Personal Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions, under the legal bases outlined for our international operations.

Scope of Consent: By submitting your personal information on our website, including your name, telephone number, and email address, you agree that Secure Income Management, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and our trusted third-party partners may contact you by various communication methods, including but not limited to emails, phone calls, text messages, and postal mail. This communication may be aimed at informing you about new products, services, promotions, and offers that you might find valuable.
Automated Calls and Messages: You acknowledge that consent includes receiving autodialed and prerecorded messages or calls delivered via automated technology, to the phone number you provided. We will obtain separate, express consent for telemarketing calls as required by law.

How does SIM protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

How does SIM collect my personal information?

Client non-public personal information is collected by SIM in the course of conducting business. This information may be collected from multiple sources. These sources include, but are not limited to, the collection of your information during the performance of our business operations and services, from your accounts and transactions, from applications and other forms, when processing business on your behalf, during electronic, telephone, written, and verbal communications and/or communications with you and with your authorized representatives (such as your attorney, accountant, or any other third party representative you have authorized), and from other personal information that you provide.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Definitions

Affiliates

Secure Income Management operates as a DBA (Doing Business As) of Secure Investment Management. All services provided by SIM are managed and executed under the legal entity Secure Investment Management. 

Non-affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • We do not share information with non-affiliates for marketing purposes.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include other financial companies.

Other Important Information

For California Residents: We will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by California law, such as to process your transactions or to maintain your account.

Mobile Opt in

Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent,  and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Secure Income Management, you may receive messages related to:
  • Appointment reminders for estate planning or financial consultations
  • Follow-up messages regarding your meeting or requested information

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our team. You may receive up to 2–4 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, account updates, or event participation.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. Charges may vary for domestic and international messages.

Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Secure Income Management through:
  • Verbal consent during a phone conversation
  • Submitting an online form
  • Completing a paper form

Opt-Out Method
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our messaging list.
